Website User Guide

A complete guide to browsing, shopping, ordering, and booking events on the Vandal Philippines website.


When you open the website, you'll see a navigation bar at the top of every page. Here's what each item does:

On Mobile?

Tap the menu icon () in the top-right corner to open the navigation menu.

At the bottom of every page, you'll find the footer with quick links, social media accounts, contact information, and policy links.

Browsing Products

The homepage is the first thing you see when you visit the site. Here you'll find:

  • Featured Products — Our hand-picked highlights
  • Latest Products — The newest additions to our catalog
  • Active Collections — Products grouped by theme or category

Click on any product to see more details, or click on a collection to see all products within it.

Using the Shop Page

The Shop page shows all available products. Here's how to make the most of it:

Searching for Products

At the top of the shop page, you'll find a search bar. Type in what you're looking for and press Enter. The page will show you matching results.

Sorting Products

Use the sort dropdown to arrange products:

Filtering by Price

Set a minimum and/or maximum price to narrow down results to items within your budget.

Browsing Through Pages

If there are many products, they'll be split across multiple pages. Use the page numbers at the bottom to navigate.

Viewing a Product

Click on any product to open its detail page. Here you'll find:

  • Product Images — Click on thumbnails to switch between different views
  • Name and Price — If on sale, you'll see the original price crossed out alongside the sale price
  • Description — A detailed breakdown of the product
  • Stock Availability — Whether the product is in stock
  • Add to Cart — Click to add it to your shopping cart
  • Related Products — Other items you might like

Browsing Collections

Collections are groups of products organized by theme, category, or type.

1 Go to the Collections page from the menu or homepage
2 Click on any collection to see all products in it
3 Within a collection, you can filter by price and sort products
4 Click Clear Filters to remove any active filters

Shopping Cart

Your shopping cart keeps track of everything you want to buy.

Adding Items

On any product listing or detail page, click the "Add to Cart" button. The item is added instantly — you'll see the cart icon number update. You can keep browsing and add more.

Viewing Your Cart

Click the cart icon in the top-right corner. Your cart page shows all items, their quantities, prices, and subtotals.

Changing Quantities

1 Find the item in your cart
2 Change the quantity number
3 Click Update to save

Removing Items

Click Remove next to an item, or Clear Cart to empty everything at once.

Ready to Buy?

Click the Checkout button to begin placing your order.

Placing an Order (Checkout)

The checkout process is straightforward. You do not need an account — just fill in your details.

Step 1: Customer Information

1 Full Name — The name for your order
2 Email Address — Where we'll send order updates
3 Phone Number — So we can contact you if needed

Step 2: Shipping Address

Enter your street address, city, postal code, and country (pre-set to Philippines).

Step 3: Payment Method

MethodHow It Works
Cash on DeliveryPay in cash when your order arrives at your door. No advance payment needed.
Bank TransferTransfer the payment to our bank account. Bank details are shown after you select this option.

Step 4: Review and Place Order

You'll see your items, subtotal, shipping fee, and total. Click Place Order when everything looks correct.

Free Shipping

If your order total meets our free shipping threshold, the shipping fee is waived automatically!

After Placing Your Order

You'll be taken to a confirmation page showing your unique Order Code (looks like VND25-XXXXXX). Save this code — you'll need it to track your order.

Tracking Your Order

1 Click "Track Order" in the navigation menu
2 Enter your Order Code in the search box
3 Click Track

You'll see:

  • Order Details — What you ordered, quantities, and prices
  • Order Status — Where your order is in the process
  • Payment Status — Whether payment has been received
  • Status History — A timeline of every status change

Booking an Event Reservation

Vandal Philippines offers event catering and bartending services. Here's how to book:

1 Click "Reserve" in the navigation menu
2 Fill in Your Information: Full Name, Email, Mobile Number, Address
3 Fill in Event Details: Date, Time, Venue, Number of Guests, Event Type, Special Requests
4 Select a Package (optional) — Browse available event packages with pricing and inclusions
5 Click Submit Reservation

After submitting, you'll receive a Reservation Code. Our team will review your reservation and get back to you within 24–48 hours via email or phone.

No! You can place an order as a guest. Just fill in your details at checkout — no registration required.

After placing your order, you'll see a confirmation page with your unique Order Code. A confirmation email is also sent to the email address you provided.

Check your email — the confirmation should have been sent there. If you still can't find it, contact us through the Contact page with your name and email, and we'll help you out.

Yes! If your order total meets our free shipping threshold, shipping is on us. The exact amount is shown during checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page or by phone. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel it for you.
